Now each contract client has an opportunity to contact Aerofuels International (the company dealing with fuel supplies outside of Russia) during 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the following contacts:
every working day fr 10.00 till 18.00 Moscow time (or from 6UTC till 14UTC) one can get in touch with its personal fuel manager;
Monday – Friday fr 18.00 till 10.00 Moscow time (or from 14UTC till 6UTC) and during 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday – with Out Of Office Service by phone: +7 495 999 69 87 or +7 985 999 69 87 and by e-mail: ooo@aerofuels.ru
The messages sent by e-mail are always checked by the manager on duty after a proper phone call made by the customer.

During non-working hours from 18.00-9.00 Moscow time with the support service manager by phone 8-985-768-97-69;
